Meet the Team
At Veterans Serving Veterans, our strength lies in our people. Every member of our team—whether staff or volunteer—is a proud U.S. military Veteran with a deep passion for service. We've worn the uniform, answered the call, and now continue the mission by serving our fellow Veterans with the same commitment and heart that once guided us in uniform.
Our volunteers bring with them not only personal experience from their time in the military, but also a fierce dedication to helping others transition, heal, and thrive. United by a shared purpose, we work side by side to support and empower Veterans in our community. From navigating VA benefits to providing mentorship, outreach, and advocacy, we remain mission-ready—driven by duty, compassion, and the unbreakable bond of brotherhood and sisterhood.
These are their stories. This is our team.

Jennifer Banks - US Navy Veteran
Position: Treasurer/Secretary
tjsmomjeni@yahoo.com | (951) 760-4103
I proudly began my journey of service at the age of 20 when I joined the U.S. Navy, quickly advancing through the ranks and becoming one of the first women to complete training at Field Medical Service School (FMSS). My career as a Navy Corpsman was both challenging and deeply rewarding, giving me purpose and a lifelong commitment to supporting others. After leaving active duty, I continued to serve by returning to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton as a civilian DOD employee. There, I worked in staff education and training, serving as the Program Director for the Base’s Basic Life Support (BLS) Program and as Program Administrator for one of the Navy’s Finest Family Medicine Residency Programs. Throughout my career, I’ve remained deeply committed to veteran support in both professional and volunteer roles. As Treasurer of this organization, I’m honored to use my leadership, administrative, and healthcare experience to help fellow veterans build safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives in their transition to civilian life.
